• Jamie Zawinski's WebCollage is a random collage of images culled from the web. You can click on each image to go to the original site it was taken from. It encourages browsers to “Exterminate All Rational Thought.” (Warning: Because of where the links to images are searched for, these days you’ll encounter a fair amount of porn. Whether that is a bug or a feature is left as an exercise for the reader.)

• This isn’t really intended to be humorous, but it's pretty amusing. The Museum of Retrotechnology at http://www.dself.dsl.pipex.com/MUSEUM/museum.htm has information about things like pneumatic-tube networks, gyrocars, voicepipes, and combat cutlery. Excellent fodder for would-be steampunk authors.
